We at MIND TOKYO accepts orders from overseas and will ship your items worldwide.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will ship your items using Japan Postal Service’s EMS fom Japan. We can ship to most of the countries but there are certain places that may be subjected to restrictions. Please check for the available countries from Japan Postal Service. You can check for an availability here.

Normally, your items will be delivered within seven business days after we ship them. But, delivery date may be delayed depending on destination and for unforseeable reasons. Please check for the EMS delivery date here.

You can track your packages on Japan Postal Service’s EMS website. But, beware that once the packages reach its destination country, it is handed off to local postal service. They will be responsible for any delays or status update on the delivery.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES – INTERNATIONAL

Oversea shipping: 3,000 YEN (Flat Rate)
– Extra shipping and handling fees may be required depending on destination and packaging conditions.

TAX AND TARIFF

Sales tax is not included for the items being shipped overseas (out from Japan).
Oversea customers may be subjected to tariffs once the shipment reaches its destination. All extra fees regarding tariffs are to be paid by the customer.

PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal (Credit Card payment via PayPal)

– All our items are price in Japanese Yen and our payments are processed in Japanese Yen.
– All extra fees required by the payment service(such as currency exchange fees) are to be paid by the customer.
– The currency exchange rates may vary with the payment service and currency exchange rates at the time of transaction.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not accept cancellation or return of items once its been shipped.
We will accept cancellation or return of items if and only under following terms:

– Packages were lost during shipping (with the proof from delivery service)
– Items were damaged during shipping (with the proof from delivery service)
– Defective items were delivered
– Wrong items were delivered
– All valid claims must be made within seven days from arrival

The conditions for return or cancellation for your orders may vary and you will be able to discuss with our sales representative later. We will normally pay for the expenses required for the return or replacement of items.
